i2B down under!

i2B continues to rollout their i2B connect software throughout the Weir Group.  The move to i2B connect from the traditional methods used to share business critical information between their suppliers, was a matter of weeks.  Weir Minerals Australia are now enjoying the benefits of many of the companies within their division – with many more companies within the division set to join them in 2015.

Within Australia Weir have 27 facilities employing  1,160 people.

Weir Minerals Artarmon manufacturing facility is known to be the only fully integrated slurry pump facility in the world. This facility supports a diverse range of operations from research and development, through design to manufacturing including casting, rubber moulding, machining, fabrication and testing.
